DAY 6

7 am DROPS

8am WATER

10am Cinnamon Tea

11am Apple

12pm Grilled Southwest Chicken with Green Tabasco and Raw Cauliflower Dipped in Balsamic Vinegar

12:30pm DROPS

1pm WATER

3pm WATER

4pm Apple

8pm Grilled Roasted Garlic and Herb Chicken (Weber brand seasoning) Fresh Green beans Steamed With Salt/pepper. (Green beans not on the list but I eat them, and do just fine!)

10pm DROPS

11pm WATER and Magnesium (helps regulate you) take as much as needed, and Potassium take as recommend for daily dose.

I ate really late tonight because my parents were coming into town, and I wanted to wait on them. We will see on the scale tomm, but I bet you can definitely tell... 

That's why I like to eat early and go to bet early.
