DAY 18

DIDN'T GET MUCH SLEEP... TALKED TO MY MOM ALL NIGHT! :O)

SLEEP WILL EFFECT WEIGHT LOSS... TRY AND GET A FULL 8 HOUR NIGHTS SLEEP.

7AM DROPS

11AM ORANGE

12:30 STEAK ON SALAD WITH SALSA AND BALSAMIC VINEGAR. 

1PM DROPS

3PM APPLE

5PM APPLE

6PM DROPS

7PM LEFTOVER HEATED SIRLOIN AND THE CAULIFLOWER SALAD.

I DIDN'T GET ENOUGH WATER THE LAST 2 DAYS NOT GOOD!!!!
