TEA AND WATER ALL MORNING

1PM GRILLED CHICKEN SLICED IN STRIPS WITH RED LEAF LETTUCE AND BALSAMIC VINEGAR

2PM DROPS

3PM APPLE

5:30PM (YES FINALLY AN EARLY DINNER) BEEF SIRLOIN PATTY SEASONED WITH MCCORMICKS MONTREAL STEAK (MY FAV) AND STEAMED BROCCOLI. 6 MELBA ROUNDS (SINCE I FORGOT THEM WITH LUNCH)

7PM DROPS

7:30 LEMON WATER

MORE WATER

TEA BEFORE BED

***MAGNESIUM ( TAKE ENOUGH TO CAUSE A REGULAR BOWL MOVEMENT) YOU DOINT WANT TO MUCH BUT YOU WANT TO STAY AS REGULAR AS POSSIBLE. IF YOU DON'T ONE DAY, DONT WORRY, JUST TAKE AN EXTRA CAPSULE BEFORE BED WITH A FULL 8 OZ GLASS OF WATER.
