2pm DROPS
4pm Apple for Snack
6:30pm Dinner Steak and Asparagus with garlic salt. Melbas
8pm DROPS
WATER tonight
I didn't drink enough water today. I was busy cleaning house and making tons of hair bows. BIG NO NO...
Get in all your water it is a HUGE part.
